We're building robots, live spatial intelligence, and AI experiences that need to feel just as solid in someone's hand as they do in the field. We're looking for a senior iOS Developer who can take complex applications from idea to shipped product, and who cares about the craft as much as the ship date.What we're looking for, and whyWe need someone with real depth in iOS, 8 to 10 years of it, who's comfortable owning hard technical problems end to end and helping raise the bar for everyone around them. As our products move from idea to things people actually use every day, we need someone who brings both the technical range and the judgment to make the right calls without needing to be told.What you'll be working onDesigning, developing, and maintaining advanced iOS applications using Swift and Objective-CWorking closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new featuresKeeping performance, quality, and responsiveness high across the boardFinding technical bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs effectivelyHelping maintain code quality, organization, scalability, and automationTaking part in code reviews and helping the team hold a high bar for development practicesSharing what you know and helping other developers on the team growImplementing and maintaining RESTful API integrationsContributing to CI/CD pipelines and release managementKeeping an eye on where mobile development is heading and bringing good ideas back to the teamWhat makes this role differentEngineering here is flat: no layers between you and the decision, no waiting on a chain of approvals to ship something good. You'll work in person in Abu Dhabi, alongside a small, genuinely international team, often a short walk from robots that are actually deployed and being tested. What you build will be felt immediately, by real users, on real products.Skills we needA bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8 to 10 years of professional iOS development experienceStrong Swift and Objective-CSolid understanding of iOS frameworks like UIKit, CoreData, and CoreAnimationExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integrationA real feel for Apple's design principles and interface guidelinesGit and modern version control workflowsExperience with performance and memory tuning tools like InstrumentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging instinctsWhat we're not looking forThis isn't a role for someone who wants a spec handed to them and nothing more, or who'd rather manage the work than build it. If you need a lot of process and structure to do your best work, or you're looking for a remote 9-to-5, this probably isn't the fit.
