Transforming global capital markets by bringing trillions of dollars in Real-World Assets (RWAs), tokenized bank deposits, and equities into 24/7 on-chain trading ecosystems.If you are a math-driven Quant looking to move from traditional proprietary trading or crypto market-making into sovereign-scale financial engineering, let's talk.Experience: 3+ Years (Prop Shop, Crypto Market Maker, Hedge Fund, or Investment Bank)Core Tech: Production-grade Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) + Deep Market Microstructure knowledgeWhat you’ll do:Design and execute systematic market-making strategies for our institutional stablecoin (DDSC) and RWA pools.Analyze on-chain market microstructure to minimize execution slippage for sovereign and institutional market participants.Build end-to-end data pipelines in Python to backtest strategies using live and historical EVM data.
