Want to build AI applications that are actually used at scale? 🚀We're partnering with one of the Middle East's leading banks on a high-profile AI transformation programme and are looking for a hands-on Principal AI Engineer to drive enterprise-grade Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and GenAI solutions.This isn't a research role. We’re looking for a technical leader who has successfully taken AI products from concept to production in complex, high-scale environments.What You’ll DoArchitect Next-Gen AI: Engineer LLM-powered Conversational AI platforms (voice + chat) and autonomous, multi-agent operational workflows.Production RAG & Search: Build high-performance RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and knowledge graphs for enterprise search.Generative AI & MLOps: Fine-tune LLMs (PEFT), manage CI/CD pipelines, and establish governance for model security, observability, and evaluation metrics.Cloud & Platform Engineering: Deploy scalable AI services using Azure AI Foundry or AWS SageMaker with Docker and Kubernetes.What We’re Looking For5+ years leading enterprise AI/ML engineering, platform development, or large-scale digital products.Advanced Python Mastery: Deep expertise in transformer models, multimodal AI, agentic frameworks, and microservices (FastAPI/REST).Enterprise Delivery: Proven track record bridging complex technical AI requirements with business stakeholders.Degree in Computer Science, AI, or quantitative field (Master’s preferred).Must have experience in Tier 1 banksWhat’s on Offer?Highly competitive tax-free packageFull visa sponsorship & relocation assistanceComprehensive international medical coverageHigh-visibility platform shaping one of the region’s premier AI programmes
