WE’RE HIRING: REMOTE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERWe’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a dedicated client account.This role is for someone who can manage social media end-to-end while also bringing strong strategic thinking, creative ideas, relevant references and a clear understanding of what works across different platforms.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING• Managing the day-to-day social media presence of a dedicated client account• Developing, curating, and managing monthly content calendars• Brainstorming creative concepts, campaigns, and content ideas• Researching strong creative, visual, and cultural references• Developing content ideas and copy for posts, Reels, Stories and other formats• Creating engaging day-to-day and ad hoc Stories• Scheduling and publishing content• Managing communities, comments and audience engagement• Identifying relevant trends and opportunities for the brand• Working with designers and creatives to bring content ideas to life• Reviewing performance and using insights to continuously improve content• Proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the client’s social presencePLATFORMS Instagram • TikTok • Reddit • Facebook • YouTube WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• 3–4 years of relevant social media experience• Excellent written and spoken English• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn objectives into social media ideas• A strong creative eye and ability to source relevant references• Comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and ad hoc requirements• Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environmentROLE DETAILS📍 Fully remote🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM UAE time💼 Full-timeWe care much more about your experience, your thinking, and the quality of work you’ve produced.TO APPLYPlease email your CV, with your relevant work experience highlighted, to reem@themillercollection.com.
