Job Description – HR ExecutiveLocation: Dubai, UAE (On-site; travel to different company locations)Experience: 1–3 YearsEducation: GraduateIndustry: FMCG / ManufacturingLanguages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)Driving Licence: Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on HR Executive with experience in managing end-to-end HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar employees, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing environments. The candidate should have practical exposure to employee relations, industrial HR, payroll, and HR administration.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations for blue-collar and white-collar employees.Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave management.Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, and final settlements.Prepare salary certificates, offer letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation.Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.Manage HRMS/HRIS updates and prepare HR MIS reports.Coordinate employee travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements.Ensure proper HR documentation and labour-related coordination.Support recruitment, employee induction, and training activities as required.Requirements:1–3 years of hands-on HR operations experience.Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial setups preferred.Practical experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.Good knowledge of payroll, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration.Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRMS/HRIS.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities.Must be currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence.Willingness to travel to different operational locations.
