Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Product Growth Manager / Growth Strategy Director to lead product growth, user acquisition, customer retention, and business expansion strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product growth strategies.Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and product performance.Identify new growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels.Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.Set growth targets, KPIs, and performance plans.Lead growth experiments and improve customer engagement.Identify new markets, products, and revenue opportunities.Manage growth projects and strategic partnerships.Lead and mentor growth teams.RequirementBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.Proven experience in product growth, growth marketing, or business strategy.Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, conversion, and monetization.Experience with data analysis and growth performance optimization.Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital businesses is an advantage.
