The company values reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to service.Role Description The Steward role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring all items are properly stored. Daily tasks include cleaning workstations, floors, and waste areas, supporting food and beverage service by preparing equipment and ensuring adequate supplies, and following hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. The steward may assist the culinary and service teams by transporting food items, organizing inventory, and setting up or breaking down service stations. This role requires working closely with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth daily operations and a safe, orderly environment.Qualifications Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Service skills and a positive, professional approach to internal and external guests.Clear and respectful Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams.Basic understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including handling tableware, kitchen tools, and service equipment safely.Experience or aptitude in Food Service support, including dishwashing, cleaning, equipment setup, and stock organization.Willingness to participate in Training related to hygiene standards, safety procedures, and company policies.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Attention to detail and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; prior hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.Basic English language skills; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
