Professionals joining Nhance Consulting can expect to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with exposure to diverse industries and cutting-edge technologies.Role Description Senior Technology Resilience / IT DR Expert We are looking for a Senior Technology Resilience / IT Disaster Recovery professional with strong hands-on experience in infrastructure resilience, DR and cyber recovery solutions, combined with BCM governance expertise.Key Requirements:8-15+ years of experience in Technology Resilience, IT DR, BCM or Operational ResilienceHands-on experience implementing Infrastructure Resilience, Disaster Recovery and Cyber Recovery solutionsStrong understanding of IT DR architecture, recovery strategies and resilience solutionsExperience in BCM governance, frameworks, policies and risk managementStrong strategy, consulting and project management experienceAbility to translate business continuity requirements into practical technology resilience solutionsRelevant Master’s degree / professional certifications in BCM, DR, Resilience, Risk or Cybersecurity preferredEU experience preferred
