We are seeking a strategic, user-focused Technical Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer feedbackGather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal teams, customers, and market trendsWrite detailed product specifications and user storiesCollaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features and improvementsMonitor product performance and user analytics, iterate based on insightsCommunicate product updates to stakeholders, leadership, and customersWork closely with marketing and sales to support product positioning and go-to-market strategiesDrive A/B testing, user research, and feedback loops to validate product decisionsEnsure timely product delivery and successful product launchesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field4+ years of product management experienceStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similarAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityPreferred Skills:Experience in [insert industry: e.g., SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech]Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics)Technical background or experience working closely with development teamsPassion for building intuitive, user-centric products
