Authentically personal and captivating iconic moments.Job DescriptionMonitor and control access to premises, preventing unauthorised entry and managing visitor and contractor passesConduct regular security patrols of internal and external areas, including monitoring of fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV systemsManage keys and perform locking and unlocking duties as detailed in Assignment InstructionsProvide traffic control and enforce parking restrictions as requiredMaintain all logbooks, records, and documentation in accordance with Assignment InstructionsCarry out routine tests of security equipment and report any faults or defectsEnsure health and safety procedures are followed; record and report all hazards, unsafe practices, and accidents to managementKeep all walkways and emergency escape routes clear at all timesInvestigate fire alarm activations and respond to emergencies following established protocolsProvide support and guidance to staff, visitors, and contractors whilst maintaining premises securityDocument and report all security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities in accordance with company proceduresLiaise with emergency services and external security personnel when requiredMaintain awareness of current security threats and contribute to security awareness initiatives across the organisationConduct regular checks of security equipment, access points, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionalityQualificationsStrong observational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with strong customer service orientationAbility to stay calm and focused under pressureProfessional appearance and attitudeFlexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekendsFluent English essential
