At Mortgage Pro, we aim to build long-term relationships based on trust and results, making home ownership more accessible and manageable for a wide range of buyers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Consultant will advise clients on mortgage options, assess their financial profiles, and recommend suitable lending solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and reviewing documentation, explaining mortgage products and eligibility criteria, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. The role also involves coordinating with banks and lending institutions, tracking application status, and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. The Mortgage Consultant is expected to deliver high-quality customer service, maintain accurate records, and support clients from initial inquiry through to loan disbursement.QualificationsStrong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including products, regulations, and market trends.Experience in Finance and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to analyze income, liabilities, and creditworthiness.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to explain complex information clearly.Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software to manage client cases and documentation.Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines.Previous experience in banking, real estate, or mortgage brokerage in the UAE is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
