Lead enterprise cyber security strategy across complex IT and OT environmentsSenior UAE leadership opportunity within a major industrial organisationAbout Our ClientOur client is a major UAE-based industrial organisation with sophisticated technology, operational and manufacturing environments. The organisation is investing significantly in cyber resilience, digital transformation and the protection of critical IT and OT infrastructure.Job DescriptionOwn and execute the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy across IT and OT environments.Lead cyber governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, security operations and data privacy.Establish robust OT security controls while protecting plant safety, availability and operational continuity.Oversee cyber security budgets, strategic projects, vendors and specialist technical teams.Advise senior leadership on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risk exposure and remediation priorities.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.10-15 years' experience spanning cyber security, IT/OT systems, infrastructure, networking and security leadership.Strong industrial or manufacturing experience, including automation/control systems and OT security architecture.Deep knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, ideally including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS security.Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISK, GICSP, ISO 27001 or PMP are highly desirable, alongside significant people-leadership experience.What's on OfferHigh-impact cyber security leadership role within a major UAE industrial environment.Opportunity to shape the security strategy for complex IT, OT and cloud ecosystems.Competitive senior leadership package with significant professional growth potential.Contact: Ross MathiasQuote job ref: JN-092026-7113158
