Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost management, budgeting, and contract administration, and will ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget and in compliance with legal and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend site meetings and produce reports on cost performance.Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they stay within budget.Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering.Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.Prepare tender documentation and evaluate bids from contractors.Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide advice on procurement strategies and construction methods.
