OverviewWe are seeking accomplished seasoned Vice President – Finance for a fast-scaling, diversified group based in Abu Dhabi. Backed by a strategic investor, the company is actively expanding across multiple consumers facing verticals and requires a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy, operational excellence and investor alignment.Education, Experience & SkillsQualified CA/CPA.Minimum 12 years with at least 5 years in leadership role.Prior experience working with investor-backed or high-growth companies is highly desirable.Strong command over financial modeling, reporting, ERP systems and board-level communication.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end finance function including budgeting, forecasting, complianceand internal controls.Partner with CEO and senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions and commercial growth initiatives.Establish robust MIS and reporting structures for performance tracking and investor updates.Oversee treasury management, working capital efficiencyand capital allocation.Ensure financial systems and processes are scalable and compliant with local/international standards.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions and stakeholders.Build and mentor finance team capable of supporting an expanding operational footprint.
