With offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Germany, and the Netherlands, PSI offers a wide regional and international reach for real estate professionals.Role Description The Luxury Off Plan Specialist (AUH – Immediate Joiner) is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, focused on marketing and selling premium off-plan residential and commercial properties. The role involves managing a portfolio of luxury projects, conducting property presentations and site visits, and providing clients with accurate information on project features, pricing, payment plans, and timelines. The specialist will prospect and qualify leads, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and coordinate closely with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processes. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, maintaining up-to-date market and project knowledge, attending launches and events, and using CRM tools to track opportunities and performance. The role requires immediate availability to join and contribute to PSI’s high-performing sales environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess Carpentry skills, with knowledge of structural and decorative work relevant to high-end property finishes.Candidates should possess Framing skills to understand basic construction layouts and property structural elements.Candidates should possess Power Tools and Hand Tools skills for interpreting and discussing technical details with site and project teams when needed.Candidates should possess Finish Carpentry skills to appreciate and communicate quality standards of luxury interiors and fittings.Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or off-plan property brokerage in the UAE market is highly beneficial.Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.Good understanding of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate regulations, off-plan sales processes, and investment analysis.Ability to work on-site, manage a dynamic schedule, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Relevant academic background in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
