We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business performance in the boutique with luxury jewelry brand.In this role, you will:Lead and develop a high-performing sales teamDrive sales, profitability, and key business KPIsDeliver exceptional customer and after-sales experiencesManage store operations, inventory, and complianceCoach, mentor, and develop team membersAnalyze performance trends and identify growth opportunitiesBuild strong customer relationships and brand loyaltyIf you're a results-driven retail leader with a passion for people, performance, and luxury customer service, we'd love to hear from you.Whom we are looking for:Passion!
