Senior Urban Design ManagerReal Estate Developer, Abu DhabiWe are looking for a Senior Urban Design Manager for a Tier 1 Real Estate Development Company based in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the visioning, planning, and design of large-scale master planned communities, mixed-use districts, waterfront developments, and transformative destination projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead urban design concepts from visioning through early master planning stage.Develop land use strategies, movement networks, public realm frameworks, and density scenarios. Shape the identity, character, and placemaking vision of large-scale developments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, landscape, transport, infrastructure, and development. Present urban design strategies to senior leadership, stakeholders, and government authorities. Mentor junior team members and contribute to design excellence across the organization.Key Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline. 12-15 years of experience in Urban Design, Master Planning, or City Planning. Proven experience delivering large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, urban regeneration, or destination projects. Strong expertise in placemaking, public realm design, development frameworks, mobility planning, and urban character. Mandatory UAE experience is required for this position, with Abu Dhabi development experience highly desirable.
