Company Description PRIORITY ONE HOLDING is a diversified business group based in Abu Dhabi, delivering integrated solutions across employee townships, leasing and property solutions, hotel and guesthouses, and catering services.ResponsibilitiesThe Leasing Officer is responsible for managing and executing residential and commercial leasing activities, from generating qualified leads and understanding client requirements to conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and successfully closing leasing transactions.The role requires a proactive and commercially driven professional with strong sales, customer service, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities. The Leasing Officer is expected to convert enquiries into successful leases while delivering a professional customer experience and ensuring compliance with applicable UAE and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.Previous experience within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector is required.Previous experience in property leasing, real estate sales, or property management is preferred.·Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and leasing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience using CRM systems and maintaining customer databases is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Business DevelopmentGenerate qualified leads and identify new leasing opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market engagement.Convert enquiries and prospective clients into successful leasing opportunities through effective follow-up and needs assessment.Market and promote available residential and commercial properties to maximize visibility and occupancy.Identify and recommend suitable properties based on clients’ requirements, preferences, and budgets.Contribute to achieving leasing targets and maintaining strong property occupancy levels.Client Relationship ManagementManage the complete client journey from initial enquiry through lease completion.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing tenants.Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide accurate, solution-oriented property recommendations.Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective tenants to maximize conversion opportunities.Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing and a high level of tenant satisfaction.Property Viewings & Deal ClosingArrange and conduct professional property viewings and client meetings.Present property features, facilities, rental terms, and availability clearly and accurately.Apply strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure mutually beneficial leasing terms within approved company guidelines.Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to support the leasing decision.Follow up on leasing opportunities through to successful deal closure.Leasing Transactions & DocumentationManage the end-to-end leasing cycle, from initial enquiry and negotiation to documentation and tenancy completion.Prepare, review, and coordinate tenancy agreements and all related leasing documentation.Ensure required documents, approvals, and contractual information are complete, accurate, and processed within established timelines.Ensure all leasing transactions comply with company policies and applicable UAE and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, enquiries, property viewings, follow-ups, client interactions, and completed transactions within the company’s CRM system.Manage the prospective tenant database effectively to support follow-up activities and conversion.Prepare regular leasing reports covering leads, viewings, conversion rates, pipeline status, and completed transactions.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client and company information.Market IntelligenceMonitor Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, rental values, demand patterns, and competitor activities.Maintain current knowledge of available properties, key locations, and leasing opportunities.Identify changes and opportunities within the market that may support leasing performance.Utilize market insights to provide relevant recommendations to clients and support leasing decisions.
