Minimum 2+ years of professional sales experience in the coatings industry.Strong understanding of the UAE coatings market, including local market dynamics and customer segments.Established customer relationships and a strong network within the coatings industry.Experience with leading paint and coatings brands in the UAE will be highly preferred.Familiarity with coating product ranges, market positioning, and customer requirements.Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
