𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking a senior fragrance professional capable of leading the creation and development of new fragrance concepts for Middle Eastern and international markets. This role is for someone who can connect:creative concept + perfumer + raw materials + consumer positioning + formula development + finished fragrance. The successful candidate should understand both the artistic and technical sides of perfumery. This is not a perfume retail role. This is not simply fragrance evaluation. This is not conventional marketing. The objective is to create products.⸻𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧Develop commercially relevant fragrance concepts from the initial idea through final product selection. The Head of Fragrance Creation & Product Development will manage:concept → olfactory brief → raw-material direction → perfumer collaboration → evaluation → modification → stability/performance → final fragrance.Projects may include:* fine fragrance;* Arabian perfumery;* strengthen the dry woody structure and improve diffusion after four hours without increasing the aggressive amber effect. That is the level of discussion expected.⸻𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍The candidate should evaluate:* opening quality;* evolution;* balance;* originality;* diffusion;* longevity;* dry-down;* market relevance;* technical quality. They should distinguish between a fragrance that smells
