Job Title: Senior RecruiterLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 8,000 – 10,000Job Code: 304/001/558Industry: RetailJob Brief:We are looking for a results-driven Senior Recruiter with mandatory experience in the retail industry to lead the full-cycle recruitment process and support business growth across various departments and GCC markets.This role is critical in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-calibre professionals aligned with the company culture and goals.The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment across the GCC, while working closely with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements and identify suitable talent.Job Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all GCC markets.Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by department and country.Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks.Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews, including in-person, virtual, and telephone interviews.Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and refine selection criteria.Job Requirements:Minimum of 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.Recruitment experience within the retail industry is mandatory.Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing candidates for retail business requirements.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Solid understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Immediate joiners will be given priority.
