The school emphasizes high academic standards, a passion for excellence, and holistic development for all students.Role Description: the English Language Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based at The Modern American INT. PVT. School in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with the school’s American curriculum and educational standards. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of achievement and attendance. The role also involves supporting literacy development, differentiating instruction for diverse learning needs, collaborating with colleagues and guardians, and contributing to school activities, meetings, and professional development initiatives.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience in classroom instruction at the K–12 level.Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design standards-based, student-centered learning experiences.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and guardians in a multicultural environment.Relevant bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or licensure is strongly preferred.Experience with American curriculum and international school settings is an advantage.Ability to integrate traditional values and respect for Islamic culture into classroom practice.Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and commitment to ongoing professional growth.Teaching certification or equivalent qualification is required.Experience in an American or international curriculum is a plus.A teaching diploma.UAE Equivalency.
