Role OverviewAs a Technical Inspector, you will act as the technical expert for assigned aircraft and workshop activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all critical scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair actions are performed according to airworthiness standards and are accurately documented in aircraft historical records.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and audit technical records to support airworthiness of aircraft, parts, and components in accordance with applicable technical publicationsInspect aircraft and components during removal, disassembly, assembly, installation, and adjustment phasesEnsure Work-In-Progress is properly documented, and corrective actions are recorded correctlyMaintain accurate aircraft historical records and prevent over-flights of component service life limitsEnsure timely and accurate execution of OEM Bulletins, Maintenance, and Safety messagesProvide Quality Control oversight of aircraft modificationsUse precision measuring tools (protractor, micrometer, calipers, gauges) to verify installations meet specified tolerancesPerform scheduled facility audits for safety and policy complianceIdentify and report irregularities that could affect safety or airworthinessSupport root-cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend process improvementsPrepare technical reports, correspondence, and status updates as requiredRequirementsEducationDiploma in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalentA&P License or AS/AA degree in aviation-related studies preferredExperience6–8 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic in an aviation environmentProven C130H hands-on and Quality Control experienceAviation Unit Maintenance (AVUM) / Aviation Intermediate Maintenance (AVIM) experience preferredQuality Control experience on aircraft modifications preferredExtensive TAMMS-(A) experience preferredSkills & AttributesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyKnowledge of precision tools, measurements, and blueprintsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityTeam-oriented with the ability to lead by exampleProficient in MS OfficeFlexible and adaptable; willing to perform QC duties away from base on temporary duty when requiredReports to: Team Lead
