We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Executive with a strong background in commercial operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer relations, sales, and marketing, ensuring high client satisfaction while actively driving business growth within our trading and marketing setups.Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day client communications, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain long-term corporate relationships. Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, identifying new lead opportunities, and following up on sales pipelines. Order Coordination: Oversee customer orders from placement to delivery, coordinating closely with logistics, trading, and inventory teams. Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and compile regular reports for management to help optimize service quality and marketing strategies.Candidate Requirements Education: Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience across sales, marketing, and customer relationship management functions. Industry Background: Mandatory experience within marketing and trading companies in the GCC region.
