Location: Dubai, UAECompany: SonicNestJob Type: Full-timeAbout SonicNestSonicNest is part of the PayNest Group and is building the next generation of embedded connectivity and digital experiences.We work at the intersection of telecom, technology, fintech, digital platforms, and customer experience—helping operators, wallets, Super Apps, enterprises, and other large-scale platforms integrate connectivity and digital services directly into the experiences their customers already use.As we expand across the Middle East, Africa, the United States, and other international markets, we are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to the CEO.The RoleThe Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO and serve as a trusted partner across the company’s most important strategic, commercial, operational, and organizational priorities.This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.You will help translate priorities into action, ensure decisions are followed through, drive coordination across teams and partners, and bring structure and momentum to critical initiatives.This is not an administrative assistant role.We are looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, communicate with senior stakeholders, and take ownership of important initiatives from concept through execution.What You’ll Do· Work directly with the CEO to manage and drive key strategic and commercial priorities.· Translate decisions into clear actions, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.· Track critical commitments, follow-ups, deliverables, and unresolved issues.· Support strategic initiatives including operator partnerships, embedded connectivity, fintech and wallet integrations, market expansion, and new business models.· Conduct market, competitive, commercial, and strategic research and turn it into clear recommendations.· Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, business cases, meeting agendas, and decision documents.· Support important customer, partner, operator, investor, and stakeholder engagements.· Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across commercial, technology, product, operations, customer experience, and external partners.· Help identify bottlenecks and ensure critical initiatives continue moving forward with urgency.· Support leadership meetings, operating reviews, KPI tracking, and strategic planning.· Step into ambiguous situations, create structure, and drive progress.What We’re Looking For· Approximately 2–4 years of high-quality professional experience.· Background in consulting, corporate strategy, technology, telecom, fintech, startup operations, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a CEO/Founder’s Office environment.· Strong commercial judgment and structured problem-solving ability.· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.· Strong analytical, research, PowerPoint, and Excel capabilities.· Comfortable working with senior executives, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.· Highly organized with exceptional ownership and follow-through.· Able to operate independently, move quickly, and manage multiple priorities.· Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and an entrepreneurial environment.· Arabic is an advantage, but not required.Who Will Thrive in This RoleYou are likely to do well if you are:· Highly ambitious and intellectually curious.· Commercially minded.· Low ego and willing to get into the details.· Comfortable taking ownership without waiting for instructions.· Able to simplify complex problems.· Strong under pressure.· Naturally proactive and action-oriented.· Excited by technology, telecom, fintech, AI, and international growth.Why SonicNestThis role offers direct exposure to building and scaling an international technology and connectivity business.You will work alongside the CEO across operator partnerships, embedded connectivity, eSIM, roaming, digital wallets, Super Apps, AI-enabled experiences, international expansion, strategic partnerships, and new ventures.For the right person, this can become a significant leadership platform within SonicNest as the company grows.Exceptional candidates from consulting, telecom, technology, fintech, and high-growth startup environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
