Professionalism, integrity, and personalized service are core values that shape the firm’s client relationships and strategic approach.Role Description The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The CIO will lead the overall information technology vision, strategy, and governance for Arab Asset Consulting, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives and support growth across consulting, accounting, tax, and investment advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, managing infrastructure and applications, driving digital transformation, and ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The CIO will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize business processes through technology, evaluate and implement new systems, and manage vendor relationships and IT budgets. This role also involves building and mentoring an IT team, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for internal stakeholders and client-facing platforms.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Operations, with experience overseeing infrastructure, applications, and support services.Proven IT Management skills, including team leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and policy development.Demonstrated ability in IT Strategy and aligning technology initiatives with broader business objectives.Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization using technology-driven solutions.Prior leadership experience in a consulting, financial services, or professional services environment is preferred.Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance relevant to accounting, tax, and investment advisory services.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIO, ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are an advantage.
