You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilityHire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performanceMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storeOversee stock and store operationsMaintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.QualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experience2+ years' store management experienceCustomer centric with a positive attitudeKnowledge of changes in fashion trends
