Head of Capital Raising & Investor RelationsSURFBASE | Dubai | Full-time | Office-based onlyCompensation: AED 25,000 guaranteed monthly salary + AED 15,000 monthly KPI bonus + an additional bonus for approved direct capital raising.SURFBASE is looking for a hands-on capital-raising leader for a leisure development project in Dubai.We are seeking someone with a verifiable record of closing investment transactions, active relationships in the UAE/GCC, and the ability to manage the process from investment preparation through receipt of funds and ongoing investor relations.Mandatory: you must already live in Dubai and be available to work full-time from our office. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead capital raising through existing syndicators, partners and direct investor relationships.• Develop relationships with private investors, family offices and capital-raising partners.• Build and manage the investor pipeline, next steps and deadlines.• Lead presentations and negotiations, coordinate due diligence and agreement of transaction terms.• Keep the due diligence folder / investment data room up to date: oversee document completeness, structure and version control, and coordinate timely updates to financial, legal and project materials.• Manage investor relationships after fundraising: coordinate approved updates and reporting, meetings and timely responses to investor enquiries.• Work with financial, legal and project specialists to resolve issues affecting transaction completion.• Give the project owner clear reporting on progress, risks and decisions required.REQUIREMENTS• A proven record of raising capital for companies or individual projects in the UAE/GCC.• Personal involvement in closing multi-million-dollar investment transactions.• Active professional relationships with investors and capital-raising partners.• Understanding of financial models, investment structures and investor due diligence.• Experience preparing investment materials and maintaining investor relationships.• Ability to organise your work independently and bring negotiations to completion.• Fluent business English.Experience in real estate, hospitality, leisure or other capital-intensive development projects is particularly relevant.CFO / Finance Director capabilities are an additional advantage: financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, management reporting and the ability to take on a broader financial management remit.COMPENSATION AND TERMS• AED 25,000 per month: guaranteed salary.• AED 15,000 per month: bonus conditional on meeting agreed KPIs.• AED 40,000: total monthly compensation when KPIs are achieved.• An additional bonus for personally sourced new direct investors approved in advance by the project owner. The amount and eligibility terms are agreed in advance; payment follows actual receipt of investment funds.• Funds received through all approved channels, including existing syndicators, count equally towards the overall fundraising result.• A full-time, office-based role in Dubai, working directly with the project owner.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your CV and two short examples of completed investment transactions. Examples may be anonymised.Confirm that you already live in Dubai, are available for office-based work, and state your earliest start date. If you have CFO or Finance Director experience, briefly describe your responsibilities and results.Candidates who pass the initial screening will receive a detailed private brief, KPI and bonus terms, and the project presentation. The next stage is a short written assessment. Selected candidates will then be invited to meet the project owner.
