Job brief:We are looking for highly driven Relationship Managers with strong experience in wealth management and a proven track record in client acquisition, prospecting, and sales closing.Key Responsibilities• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and relationship-driven channels• Build and manage a strong client pipeline• Schedule and conduct client meetings• Prospect, negotiate, and close new business• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets• Build and maintain long-term client relationships• Grow and manage an established client bookRequired Education/Qualification/Experience• Minimum 4 years of recent UAE wealth management experience• Existing client book / established client network in Dubai• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing• Strong knowledge and passion for equity investments• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset• Strong English communication skills• Currently based in the UAELocation: DubaiSalary: AED 12K - 18K/month+ incentives.Type of Employment: Permanent
