The role owns the people agenda across a multi-site business and supports the Chairman.The roleThe successful professional will own the full HR function, set its direction and hold it accountable to the business.Workforce planning. Build a clear view of the talent the group needs, where it needs it and when.Regulatory compliance. Own compliance with UAE labour law and Emiratisation requirements. Manage the risk before it becomes an issue.Compensation and benefits. Design and govern reward structures that are competitive, fair and commercially sound.HR operating model. Build the structure, systems and capability the function needs to serve a growing group.Culture and performance. Shape a performance culture that holds across multiple sites, teams and leadership levels.Executive advisory. TO QUALIFY CIPD qualified with deep automotive industry and multi-site experienceBetween 8 and 15 years of professional experience, with a substantial and recent share in the UAE.Proven experience leading an HR function at senior level.Working command of UAE labour law and Emiratisation.Credibility with owners, executives and Boards.Do not apply on LinkedIn.
