Senior Multimedia DesignerFull-time | Onsite role in Abu DhabiA growing Abu Dhabi-based holding company and platform builder is looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join its in-house marketing team. Working across a diverse portfolio spanning sectors such as mobility, aviation, fintech, insurance, healthcare, energy and professional services, you will create high-quality visual work for corporate, portfolio and campaign needs. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who combines strong design craft with motion, presentation design and practical use of generative AI.Why joinWork across multiple businesses, audiences and formats rather than supporting a single brand.Help shape the standards, systems and reusable assets of a growing in-house creative studio.Collaborate with senior stakeholders, portfolio businesses and specialist production partners.Explore how AI can improve creative speed and scale while maintaining quality and brand integrity.Key responsibilitiesCreate campaign assets, executive presentations, social content, digital materials, event collateral and corporate communications.Turn creative concepts into strong layouts, visual systems and coordinated asset families across multiple formats.Act as a senior quality checkpoint, ensuring work is polished, accurate and consistent with brand standards.Produce motion graphics, short-form videos, animated explainers and other multimedia content.Develop storyboards and guide the visual treatment and edit direction for video and photography projects.Use approved generative image, video and design tools for ideation, production and asset adaptation.Create repeatable AI prompts and workflows, checking outputs for realism, accuracy, rights, bias and brand suitability.Design executive-level presentations, infographics and data visualisations that make complex information easy to understand.Mentor less-experienced designers, provide constructive feedback and support creative reviews.Maintain organised source files, asset libraries, templates and reusable design components.What we're looking for6-9 years of professional design experience and a strong multi-channel portfolio.Advanced capability across brand, campaign, digital and presentation design.Practical experience using generative AI tools in a professional creative workflow.Experience mentoring designers or providing senior-level creative feedback.Motion graphics and video editing capability is strongly preferred.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and PowerPoint.Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva Enterprise, data visualisation and digital asset management is advantageous.Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication or a related discipline.Fluent English;Ideal candidateA versatile senior designer with excellent visual judgement, a multimedia mindset and genuine curiosity about how AI can extend creative possibilities without compromising quality.
