We are seeking an experienced ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist) to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in adults and childrenTreat sinusitis, tonsillitis, ear infections, hearing disorders, vertigo, and nasal allergiesPerform ENT examinations, nasal endoscopy, and other diagnostic proceduresConduct minor ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of clinical expertiseDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progressEvaluate patients with voice, swallowing, and other upper respiratory tract disordersIdentify complex cases and coordinate referrals when requiredMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS, DNB, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in ENT/OtolaryngologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in ENT procedures and the management of common otolaryngological conditionsStrong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
