Data Engineer | Investment ManagementI’m working with an investment management company looking for a Data Engineer to help build and improve the data infrastructure supporting its investment teams.You’ll work with a range of financial datasets, building reliable pipelines that bring together information from internal systems and external providers. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with investment and technology teams, helping make complex data accurate, accessible and ready to use.What you’ll be doing:Building and maintaining data pipelines for financial and market datasetsIntegrating data from third-party vendors and internal sourcesImproving data quality, consistency and reliabilityDeveloping and maintaining databases and data modelsWorking with investment and technology teams to understand their data needsWhat we’re looking for:Strong Python and SQL skillsExperience building data pipelines and working with complex datasetsExperience with financial or market dataA good understanding of databases, data modelling and data qualityStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailIf you’d be interested in learning more, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
