Join our dynamic team at Deerfields Mall and be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Location: Deerfields Mall, Abu DhabiDepartment: Customer ServiceReporting To: Customer Service Supervisor🔹 Job PurposeThe Customer Service Representative plays a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting mall operations through effective coordination with internal teams and tenants.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries (in-person, calls, and emails) professionally and efficientlyProvide accurate information about stores, services, and mall facilitiesManage customer feedback, complaints, and follow-upsConduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and maintain recordsAssist in gift voucher sales and customer campaignsCoordinate with internal departments (Operations, Leasing, Marketing)Maintain tenant contact databases and documentationSupport marketing activities and promotional campaignsHandle lost & found cases and assist in emergency situationsProvide assistance to customers with special needs (e.g., wheelchair support)Ensure smooth daily operations at the customer service desk🔹 Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience in customer service or a front-facing role (Mall/Hotel/Retail experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilityAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle emergenciesWillingness to work in shift duties based on mall operating hoursProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systemsFluency in English and Arabic is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/customer service training is a plus)Why Join Us?
