Product ManagementPromotes and recommend listed products based on customer preferences and needs.Monitors product freshness and rotate stock using the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) method.Conduct product tastings and sampling activities in accordance with food safety standards.Monitors stock levels and report low inventory or damaged products to the supervisor.Provides product information, including taste profiles, serving suggestions, storage recommendations, and pairing ideas.Customer RelationshipsBuilds and maintains a strong relationship and partnership with section managers, especially with decision makers to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of sales target.Market IntelligenceIdentifies and reports key competitive activity and price changes in order to help develop necessary business plans.Requirements:1-3years experience in similar roleGood Knowledge in European cheesesCheese cutting experience
