Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Design Manager / Architectural Consultant to oversee design coordination, architectural works, technical submissions, and design quality throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate architectural design and technical activities.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Ensure designs comply with project requirements, codes, standards, and regulations.Monitor design progress, quality, and deliverables.Identify design issues and coordinate timely resolutions.Support value engineering, constructability, and design optimization.Prepare design reports, submissions, and project documentation.Requirements & QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related discipline.Relevant experience as a Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Consultant, or similar role.Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction, and technical coordination.Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with large-scale construction or property development projects preferred.Professional qualification such as SIA, RIBA, or equivalent is an advantage.Fluent English required.
