Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and drive sales and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage staff, control costs, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain smooth and efficient store operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service.Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and manage staffing levels according to business needs.Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue and business targets.Ensure excellent customer service, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.Monitor daily sales, cash handling, payments, and store financial procedures.Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, inventory, and product quality.Monitor labour costs, stock loss, waste, and other operational expenses to support profitability.Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are consistently followed.Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development.Manage customer and operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions.Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.Support promotions, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and company initiatives.Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.Take overall responsibility for store performance, team management, profitability, and operational standards.RequirementsProven experience in store management, retail management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills.Good understanding of retail operations, stock control, cash handling, and cost management.Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and profitability.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.Strong staff training, coaching, and performance management skills.Proactive, responsible, professional, and results-driven attitude.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.Relevant qualifications in Management, Business, Retail, Hospitality, or a related field are an advantage.
