Job Title: Bid Proposal AnalystIndustry: Facilities Management / FM / Property & Integrated Facilities ServicesExperience: 3+ years relevant expEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalentLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAESalary: 15000 AED to 18000 AEDMust-Have Experience3+ years in Bid Management / Bid Support / Proposal Management / Bid Analyst / Project SupportExperience in Facilities ManagementExposure to Hard FM and Soft FMStrong experience in bid/proposal preparation and submissionExperience managing client portals and e-tendering platformsStrong proposal writing and editing skillsExperience coordinating with SMEs and cross-functional teamsStrong MS Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong knowledge of AI tools used for proposal/bid developmentExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesHighly PreferredAdobe InDesign / Illustrator / PhotoshopMS Project / SharePoint / VisioProposal/design/graphics experienceAPMP certificationExperience with UAE/GCC FM tendersExperience handling government/semi-government tenders or major FM contracts
