Hays are working with a leading Abu Dhabi institutional investor to appoint an Executive Director to its Private Equity team, focused on industrial investments. This is an exciting buy-side role where you will be deploying long-term capital at scale and responsible for leading transactions and ownership of asset performance.The role:Lead and manage deals end to end, from sourcing and execution through to value creation and exitWork directly with portfolio company CEOs to shape strategy and drive performanceSupport deal teams and advise on investment and portfolio mattersReport to the CIO, with real visibility and influence on investment decisionsJoin a well-capitalised, institutional platform with a long-term mindsetThe requirements:15+ years’ experience in principal investing, private equity or direct industry roles, with a strong track record of executing and managing investmentsExpert understanding of the industrials industryAn investor mindset as well as transactional skillset A background in private equity, a pension or institutional investment platform, or an investment holding company is highly preferred The client is offering a competitive package, with relocation support available for candidates based overseas.Only candidates with deep sector experience, proven deal execution and demonstrable value creation achievements will be considered for this role.Kindly only apply if you meet these requirements.
