Team members are encouraged to contribute to a collaborative environment where continuous improvement and ethical care are prioritized.Role Description This full-time, on-site General Practitioner Dentist role is based in Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi. The dentist will provide comprehensive primary dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine procedures such as fillings, extractions, preventive care, and basic restorative work. Daily responsibilities include managing patient consultations, maintaining accurate clinical records, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals when needed, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices. The role also involves adhering to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements, while participating in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.Qualifications Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care relevant to general dental practice.Background or understanding in Family Medicine and Nursing to support holistic patient care.Ability to provide and participate in Training for clinical staff and patient education.Recognized dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and valid license/eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner Dentist in Abu Dhabi.Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations.Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and following infection control and safety standards.Experience in a clinical or primary care dental setting is preferred.
