Our client, a leading EPC company in the power transmission and infrastructure sector, is looking for an experienced Tendering Manager to lead techno-commercial tendering for substation and power transmission projects across MENA.📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE🏭 Industry: Power Transmission & Distribution | EPC💼 Expertise: Substation Tendering, Estimation & Techno-Commercial Bids (400/220 kV GIS/AIS substations)Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare techno-commercial bids, tender submissions, and cost estimates for substation EPC projects.Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial teams, and external partners to develop competitive bids.Ensure compliance with client and utility-specific technical requirements.Support commercial evaluations, pricing strategies, and bid negotiations.We're Looking ForExperience of tendering and estimation for 400 kV EPC substation projects, preferably with international (GCC / MENA / Africa) bidFamiliarity with tendering requirements of TAQA, EtihadWE, ADNOC, SEC, and Kahramaa.Strong understanding of substation EPC scope, costing, and commercial aspects.Experience handling GCC utility projects.We thank all applicants for their interest.
