Location: Dubai, UAECompany: RoadsLink is looking for an experienced Psychologist / Psychometric Assessment Specialist to support our psychological and psychometric assessment programs.Candidate Requirements• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in psychological testing and psychometric assessment• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, preferably in Occupational Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field• Strong experience in psychological testing, psychometric assessment, test administration, scoring and interpretation• Experience with personality, cognitive, behavioural and occupational assessments• Knowledge of psychometric reliability, validity, norms and assessment standards• Experience in test development, assessment review or validation will be an advantage• Experience in occupational psychology, driver assessment, transportation psychology or safety critical assessments is highly preferred• Strong analytical and report writing skills• Ability to work with assessment data and provide professional interpretations and recommendations• UAE experience and relevant professional licensing or eligibility will be an advantageWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with a strong assessment and psychometrics background, rather than a profile focused primarily on counselling or psychotherapy.Experience in driver psychology or transportation related psychological assessment will be highly valued.Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV and relevant experience details : lijina@roadslink.ae
