Manager, Business Development: Air Platforms & SystemsLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in air platforms and related systems. This is a revenue-focused role for someone who understands how air programmes are shaped, funded and won in the UAE and wider region.What you’ll doDevelop and execute business development strategies for air platforms, mission systems and related capabilitiesIdentify, qualify and pursue opportunities with armed forces and security customersLead opportunity shaping, customer engagement and capture planningSupport partnerships, teaming arrangements, proposals and negotiationsTrack the competitive landscape and report market intelligenceWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Engineering5+ years’ experience in defence or aerospace business development, sales, capture or programme managementKnowledge of air platforms, aerospace systems or mission systemsA proven track record in opportunity capture and customer relationship buildingUnderstanding of UAE defence procurement and experience with MoD end-users is highly valuedStrong commercial and negotiation skills
