Role Overview -We are looking for a strong, experienced Business Development professional who knows how to bring business, not someone who needs months of training before getting started.This is a results-driven role with a fixed salary + uncapped performance-based commission.What we are looking for -• Proven B2B sales / business development experience• Strong UAE business network and existing contacts• Ability to identify decision-makers and open conversations quickly• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills• Experience generating leads, meetings, proposals and actual clients• Someone who can work independently and take ownership• Someone comfortable working with targets and commissionYou'll be selling -• Recruitment & staffing services• AI & technology solutions• Digital services• Real estate technology – Bellokey• Social / creator technology – Blingram• Other THC products and business solutionsWhat we expect -We are looking for someone who can start generating activity and opportunities from Day 1.Minimum expectations include: 300+ targeted outreach activities/month 100+ qualified prospects/month 40+ meaningful business conversations/month 12+ qualified meetings/month 200+ follow-ups/monthWhat we want to see - Qualified opportunities Meetings with decision-makers Proposals New clients Revenue Partnerships Repeat businessSending hundreds of messages without producing real opportunities is not success.Compensation-AED 4,000 monthly salary + uncapped commissionStrong performers can significantly increase their income through commission.IMPORTANT:This is not a position for someone looking to learn sales from zero.We are looking for someone who already knows how to prospect, open doors, build relationships and close business.Candidates who already have a valid UAE residence visa are preferred.Experience in technology, AI, recruitment, real estate, SaaS, digital services or B2B solutions is a strong advantage.
