The organization’s deep market intelligence enables it to identify unique opportunities in hospitality, commercial properties, and master-planned communities across the region.Role Description The Head of Property Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic management of the company’s property portfolio. This role includes leading property management teams, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction, and implementing efficient maintenance and facility management processes. The Head of Property Management will develop and optimize property management policies, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Daily activities also involve coordinating with leasing, finance, and development teams, handling key stakeholder and tenant relationships, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and asset performance.Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary property management teams.Expertise in property and facilities management operations, including maintenance planning, vendor management, and service quality oversight.Proficiency in financial management related to real estate assets, such as budgeting, forecasting, rent collection, and cost optimization.Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements in Dubai and the wider UAE market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with tenants, partners, and internal teams.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of improving asset performance and tenant experience.Experience in mixed-use, residential, hospitality, or commercial property portfolios is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.Proficiency with property management software and MS Office tools.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving real estate environment.
