An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to take ownership of job grading, salary structures, market benchmarking, and compensation governance across a diverse regional workforce. This role will act as the subject matter expert for job evaluation and reward frameworks, providing data-driven recommendations to business and HR leaders while ensuring consistency, equity, and market competitiveness.Client DetailsThe organisation operates in the Industrial sector in Dubai.DescriptionMaintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue.Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across multiple territories.Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions.Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews.Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies, and governance compliance.Maintain compensation records, grading decisions, and supporting reward documentation.ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline.Minimum 8 years' experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Job Evaluation, or related specialist HR functions.Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structuresAdvanced Excel and analytical skills, including compensation modelling and workforce data analysis.Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support reward decisions.Exposure to organisational design or workforce planning initiatives would be advantageous.Job Offer Apply to discuss the role and the selection process.
