Join us and you'll build a career where your work makes a difference every day.MOVE WITH PURPOSEYour Impact Starts HereThe Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming International and Domestic pricing requests ensuring a high level of responsiveness and accuracy to maximize revenue opportunity. Operating within a multi-regional structure, the role supports enquiries across different countries and customer types as directed.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesDescription of Duty 80% OperationalAction all incoming pricing requests accurately and within KPI targets and customer expectationsMaintain professional and collaborative relationships with other teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Freight, Move Management, Finance, Sirva agents, non Sirva Agents, Branches, Franchises and Suppliers and other Commercial entitiesTo ensure use the correct Pricing templates for specific customers and pricing platforms Assist with, as necessary, the preparation and construction of proposals including: corporate accounts, agents, partners and pricing platformsTo assist, as necessary with auditing Ensure complete understanding and application of the requirements of the Network Global Service Charter.20% ReportingEnsure accurate and timely data capture in systemsTo report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for actionTo assist with the preparation and forwarding of month end reports as requiredTo keep a record of personal development QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS (Qualifications, Skills, Education or Certification Requirements, etc.) GROW WITH INTENTIONEducation/Certification RequirementsRelevant experience preferred.
