Our success comes from our people, and we are growing our EPC business with talented professionals who want to deliver projects that matter.About the jobWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead oil and gas offshore EPC projects from start to finish. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and run multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction. Your job will be to deliver every project safely, on time, within budget, and to the standard our clients expect.What you will doLead the full EPC project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to close-outTake full accountability for project financials, including profit and loss, cost control and forecastingManage scheduling, budgeting, risk, change and scope control, and report regularly to managementLead multidisciplinary teams and manage the interfaces between Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil and AutomationSupport preconstruction, estimating and proposal development for new and existing opportunitiesManage contract administration, variations, claims and disputesBuild strong relationships with client representatives, regulatory authorities, vendors and third-party stakeholdersTrack project performance through KPIs and make sure lessons learnt are applied to future projectsMake sure all work meets HSE, quality and regulatory standardsMentor and develop project engineers and junior project management professionalsWhat you will bringA Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification12–15 years of experience on oil and gas brownfield and greenfield facilities with EPC contractorsA proven track record of managing large EPC projects in the oil and gas sectorStrong skills in cost control, scheduling, risk management and quality systemsSolid knowledge of contract and stakeholder managementExperience building and leading large cross-discipline, multi-supplier project teamsGood knowledge of local contracting standards and international safety and regulatory requirementsA PMP or equivalent certification is an advantageArabic language skills are desirableWhy join usJoin a respected regional company with a 50-year track record in oil and gasLead projects that make a real difference to the region’s energy infrastructureWork in a team that values safety, integrity and doing things right the first timeDevelop your career with a company that invests in its people and promotes from withinReceive a competitive package based in Abu DhabiHow to applyPlease click Apply and submit your CV.
