Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled PLC Programming Engineer / Automation Project Manager to develop, implement, and manage industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PLC programming, control systems, and project coordination to deliver reliable and efficient automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.Design and integrate control systems, HMI, and SCADA applications.Manage automation projects from planning and installation to commissioning and handover.Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.Relevant experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, or project management.Knowledge of PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Allen-Bradley.Familiarity with HMI, SCADA, industrial networking, and control system troubleshooting.Strong technical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
