We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Remote Junior Cybersecurity Quality Assurance Analyst to support our information security and technology teams.In this role, you’ll help review security procedures, verify that assigned security tasks have been completed correctly, document testing results, and identify inconsistencies that require further investigation. You’ll work with experienced professionals to help improve the reliability and quality of cybersecurity processes.This opportunity is suitable for recent graduates, career changers, and aspiring cybersecurity professionals who enjoy problem-solving, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.Previous professional cybersecurity experience is not required. Candidates with foundational IT knowledge, quality assurance coursework, administrative experience, or a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.**Location:** Fully remote, with Dubai and UAE-based applicants welcome, subject to employment eligibility.**Salary:** AED 9,000–13,000 per month, depending on skills and qualifications.**Employment type:** Full-time, permanent.## Key Responsibilities* Assist with checking cybersecurity procedures against established requirements.* Support basic testing of security-related workflows and controls.* Document test cases, observations, results, and identified discrepancies.* Help verify that security issues have been addressed before closure.* Maintain accurate records of quality checks and corrective actions.* Assist with reviewing access management, incident documentation, and security configuration records.* Help identify repetitive errors and opportunities to improve processes.* Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT support, compliance, and software teams.* Prepare summaries of testing activities and outstanding findings.* Follow internal procedures for handling sensitive information.## Candidate Requirements* Interest in cybersecurity, quality assurance, IT operations, or software testing.* Basic understanding of computer systems and information security principles.* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.* Good written communication and documentation skills.* Ability to follow structured test procedures and record results accurately.* Comfortable investigating inconsistencies and asking questions when requirements are unclear.* Ability to organize tasks and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.* Willingness to learn security testing methods and quality assurance practices.The following are advantageous but not mandatory:* A degree or diploma in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.* Introductory knowledge of software testing or quality assurance methods.* Familiarity with spreadsheets, ticketing systems, or test management tools.* Basic understanding of access controls, vulnerability management, or security policies.* Some experience with SQL, scripting, or basic command-line tools.* Relevant coursework, personal projects, or entry-level IT training.No previous professional cybersecurity experience is required.
